Brandi Foster’s vision of one day joining the legal
profession began to crystallize at Franklin College as she
graduated cum laude in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
Her vision reached fruition after attending Indiana University
School of Law, where she was executive production editor of the
Indiana International and Comparative Law Review. Brandi’s
article Evolution of the “Traditional Family" was published in
the Review before she graduated with a Doctor of Jurisprudence
in 2004.
Brandi began honing her law practice skills as a legal clerk for
the Van Valer Law Firm in 2001. Upon graduation from law school,
she joined the firm full time as an Associate. Her areas of
practice include commercial and residential real estate
development, zoning and land use, estate planning, and
litigation.
Along with her desire and drive to provide clients with expert
legal assistance, Brandi also devotes a significant amount of
energy to her community involvements. She is a volunteer for the
Humane Society of Johnson County, and she serves on the board of
trustees for Leadership Johnson County.
Brandi is a member of the following organizations: Builders
Association of Greater Indianapolis, the Indiana State Bar
Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the Johnson
County Bar Association.
