Eric W. Prime brings trial experience as well as civil
mediation to the table at Van Valer Law Firm. Eric graduated
from Indiana University and the Indiana University School of
Law, earning his B.S. degree in 1988 and his J.D. in 1991. He
joined Van Valer Law Firm in October, 2002.
During his career, Eric has concentrated on all facets of civil
litigation, including trial and appellate work, in state and
federal courts. At Van Valer, he maintains a general practice
with an emphasis on civil litigation, business law, estate
planning and land use law.
Eric’s professional memberships include the Indianapolis,
Indiana State, and Johnson County Bar Associations and the
Defense Trial Association of Indiana. A graduate of Leadership
Johnson County, Eric serves on the Board of Directors for the
Johnson County Chapter of Habitat for Humanity and is active in
his church.
